She holds a degree in the philosophy and practice of Ayurveda and Yoga from Prescott College, and has taught on the Pacific Elements Yoga teacher training faculty.

Kimberly offers Ayurveda and Yoga workshops and retreats, group Yoga instruction, private Yogatherapy sessions, individualized Ayurvedic consultations, therapeutic Ayurvedic snehana treatments and Thai bodywork, and is currently deepening her studies in Anusara Yoga and massage therapy.

Inspired by her studies in Ayurveda, Kimberly’s work is rooted in the practice of sadhana (the cultivation of self-realization through wholesome activities that encourage and inspire us to remain ever-present to the beauty and magic of life). Kimberly draws on her experience with and knowledge of this powerful healing science to weave it’s universal teachings on land and spirit into her classes and private sessions. Sadhana is a philosophy of living that teaches how to bring body, mind and soul into balance with the natural world, and it is through this practice that Kimberly believes it is possible to integrate the ancient philosophies of Ayurveda and Yoga into everyday life.
