Kelly Roche started her Hatha yoga practice as a child, and became a teacher in 2007, following a deep-rooted passion and desire to share her understandings with others. Kelly’s formal yoga education began at the KonaLani Ashram within the teachings of Swami Shambhavananda. There, she immersed herself in yogic studies and lifestyle. Now she continues to broaden her knowledge with such endeavors as Richard Freeman’s month long intensive, which she completed in the summer of 2010. Kelly’s classes emphasize dwelling within the heart, expanding awareness, and deepening one’s understanding of the nature of the mind. Additionally, she devotes herself to Raja yoga, prenatal yoga, time in nature, and sustainability in all its forms. Kelly invites students of any level to deepen their practice, so that they may find peace, stability and inspiration beyond the mat and into the world.
