				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Join us at The Little Yoga Studio on Monday, June 3rd from 6pm-8pm for an Inversion Workshop with the one and only Rachel Brathen! </p>
<p>In this Vinyasa styleclass we will create plenty of heat, diving deep into our practice to explore our physical space on the mat. Beginning to break down the foundation of handstands and other arm balances we learn how to incorporate flying into our flow practice, one pose at a time! We work handstands into our transitions, finding the courage to little by little get our feet off the mat and up in the sky. By expanding the breath and working our core we connect to our center strength, finding a place of stillness in the midst of movement. Taking our first steps towards flying, expect fun transitions between traditional poses and plenty of opportunities to get upside down. Suitable for all levels &#8211; no previous handstand experience needed.</p>

<p>About Rachel:  Swedish native Rachel Brathen has been practicing yoga since she was a young teen. After graduating school she traveled to Costa Rica and it was here that she found the joy of incorporating yoga into her everyday life. Deepening her yoga practice and also taking her first steps towards teaching, she ended up moving to Central America where she spent years exploring the intricate studies of yoga and spirituality. After moving to Aruba early 2010 she now teaches yoga full time on this Caribbean island. Her classes are a mix of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow, integrating alignment, core work, and breathing techniques with basic poses and creative sequencing. Each class is designed to energize the body, cultivate a meditative consciousness, and give greater vitality and health.</p>
<p>Rachel is one of the first people in the world to take yoga from the mat and onto a paddle board, and she now teaches SUP Yoga (Stand-Up Paddle board Yoga) on a daily basis. As a leader in the SUP Yoga community, she also hosts SUP Yoga retreats, master classes and workshops.</p>
<p>As the official Yoga Director of Manchebo Beach Resort &amp; Spa, she leads 7-8 retreats a year and is always eager to introduce people to the bliss of practicing yoga on the water. Rachel provides every student with a space to safely play in the art of yoga, on land and ocean!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Lisa was led to take her first yoga class in 1999, a recommended remedy to a bodybuilding injury. She found that yoga brought not only physical healing, but also the opportunity for a more meaningful connection with herself and others. In 2005 she enrolled her first yoga teacher training program, and has since acquired over 1000 hours of training. Lisa strives to guide students to the divine wisdom that lies within each and every one of us.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Through the doorway of yoga, Lisa has become a student of Sanskrit. She is a student of Luminous Shabda and studies with Manorama, founder of Luminous Shabda. Lisa previously completed an 18 month immersion utilizing Sanskrit in teaching Yoga, and currently leads the Sanskrit portion for numerous Teacher Trainings.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Lisa further trained with Matthew Sanford in Adaptive Yoga, which makes yoga accessible to people who are differently-abled. She teaches yoga at two Detox Centers bringing the practice to people recovering from substance abuse, and supporting the recovery of body, mind, and spirit. In addition, Lisa is completing her first book, Thirst, and establishing a healing foundation for children of trauma. </p>

He has been studying yoga asana and the 8 Limbs of yoga (Raja Yoga), sharing what he discovers with his students. Richii Jai practices yoga daily, in the studio, at home, and randomly in the isles at the supermarket. He has written Yoga Teacher Trainings, Advanced Yoga Workshops, and coached groups of Yogis in Training. His favorite Yoga though is Nada, singing, and the observance of how to alter his environment through sound vibration. Richii Jai has taught more than 4,000 asana classes in Colorado, meeting many like minded folks, and sharing this ancient experience of yoga and self discovery, enlightenment! Richii Jai pays full attention to his students, using anatomical knowledge, alignment methods, and understanding the unique expression each person is living, he encourages the students to be honest, free, and explore their postures. Richii Jai is currently developing videos for bicycle athletes who want to use yoga for boosting and restoring their minds and bodies.  </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I’m a lover of all things yoga: practicing, teaching, talking, culture, festivals, conferences, and yes even the clothes. For me, yoga is a container to explore what it means to be human. My unique perspective provides students the opportunity to access their own truth and to live as a spirit. I do not wish to change you, I wish you to dive into who you really are. Every pose holds limitless possibility, as does every human. Yoga is one of MANY methods to access your nature, your truth, your heart, your spirit… your you-ness.</div>
<div>Because of my former life as a ballerina, the style of yoga I teach is ripe with fun transitions, allowing for playful transformation inside and out. We are always changing, shifting and transforming, why not do it with grace and intention? </div>
<div>As a perpetual student of the Yogic Sciences, I took my first yoga class when I was 9 years old. Since then I have taken five teacher trainings, my first in 2009. I teach Power Vinyasa, Yin, Sculpt and Meditation. A few other things I enjoy: freestyle walking, exploring possibilities, creating laughter, frolicking in nature, sharing embraces, spontaneous dance parties, interacting with living things, and washing dishes.
