I love The Little Yoga Studio! All of the teachers are experienced and respectful and really take the “no B.S. yoga” philosophy to heart. They offer the best virtual classes of any studio and have done such a good job providing a safe and comforting atmosphere during the pandemic. Classes are also very affordable and I truly feel like the studio is welcoming to all!! I am very grateful to have the little yoga studio in my life.
This is a wonderful and truly authentic place to practice yoga. The instructors really know their stuff and do a fantastic job of including important aspects of yoga such as the yamas/niyamas and breath work into their asana practice. As a result, classes feel well-rounded and leave both mind and body feeling alive and rejuvenated. Owner Kelly is a kind, warm, inclusive and helpful person in addition to being an excellent yoga instructor. I attended a few classes while visiting Boulder and will be sure to be back here again soon!
