Breathwork & Cacao Ceremony

Our heart is the messenger of our purest desires.  When we are open, centered, and listening, it leads us through all aspects of life with ease and grace.  This is our center of love, joy, grief, shame, guilt, and gratitude.  

Join us for a beautiful offering, combining two powerful modalities focusing on opening the heart center, and its extension through each layer of the body.  We’ll get to drop into an intimate container within ourselves, and also have the opportunity to be held in loving support to move out what’s sitting stagnant, heal, and create space for the nudges of the heart.  

We’ll use guided pranayama and breath kriya to purify and open the heart center and energetic layers of the body. We’ll activate Prana throughout the body and begin to break up karmic energy.
