Release & Revitalize: Heart-Opening Breathwork and Energy Cleanse with Gayatri Devillier

Experience deep physical and emotional release with this extended yoga and breathwork practice. We will work with the seasonal energy of spring to enhance metabolism, reset the nervous system, boost immunity, and open energy channels. Postures will include gentle vinyasa, restorative yoga, seated Pranayama (breathwork), and deep relaxation. Gayatri will offer ear seeds and acupressure to support recovery from trauma, addiction, grief, and anxiety. Hand-outs will be available to take some of these practices home with you.
