In this 4-part Movement & Lecture Series, you will activate and nourish your wellbeing through physical movement and engaging lectures. Each 2-hour session will have both, and are designed to be incorporated into your everyday routine. Topics addressed include: boosting your immunity, being a more informed consumer, how to address everyday aches & pains, and stress & sleep support.
Week 1 – Boost your Immunity
Learn how to protect yourself from getting sick by boosting your immunity with movement, nutrition, herbs, and supplements.
Week 2 – Being an Informed Consumer
There are so many choices in today’s grocery store that it is often hard to know which products are actually healthy and how to make the best choices for yourself. Learn how to navigate the aisles with a better understanding of what different food labels mean, how to differentiate between them, and how to spot some of the ‘dirty’ ingredients hidden in products.
Week 3 – How to Address Everyday Aches + Pains
Sitting all day can be so hard on the body. join this class for a movement-based sequence that is designed to address the aches and pains associated with sitting at a desk all day.
Week 4 – Stress + Sleep Support
Learn how to lighten your stress loan and sleep more soundly by implementing strategic movement, nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle techniques.
