Seasonal Ayurveda Yin Yoga Practice: Balancing Pitta

This practice will include meditative floor stretches, pranayama, and several Ayurvedic lifestyle recommendations to balance the fiery qualities of Pitta, such as feeling hot, frustrated, or energetically burned out. You can leave this class feeling mentally and physically centered, grounded, and composed, with several new tools to maintain balance.
