This is an opportunity to move energy, feel lighter, and tap into the love that is within and all around us. Kirtan is a practice of singing simple mantras designed to clear your mind, cultivate joy, and bring you closer to your true self. No experience is necessary nor is having a “good voice”. This is about tapping into the power of all our voices to raise the collective vibration and feel more vibrant and present in our daily lives. Trauma Release Breathwork with PavanjeetPractice a deeply restorative breathwork series to release trauma and reset the nervous system. This Pranayama set from Kundalini Yoga combines vagal-toning breathwork with intricate mudras to gently release stored stress and trauma from the body.
After prolonged stress or a painful event, we may feel numb, agitated, disconnected or unlike ourselves. To regain inner peace and resiliency the body may require a physical reset. This practice will reset the nervous system without re-experiencing or reliving traumatic events. This deep reset will support the healing process and metabolize emotional residue, inner distress, and fatigue. Leave feeling deep calm and rejuvenation.
No experience with yoga or breath-work required.

Breathwork Ceremony with Denise CooperBreathwork is a potent and effective tool to help cleanse the emotional and physical body of stuck emotions and stagnant energy. It helps release anger, sadness, grief, shame, guilt, depression, anxiety and feelings of unworthiness (to name just a few). Some people describe it as “emotional hygiene.”By inhaling and exhaling deeply, the mind is bypassed and the emotions and traumas stored in the body can be released. The body remembers what the mind has forgotten or buried.
The breath is a direct gateway to Spirit.
It connects you to your intuition, joy and helps soften the heart.
This type of breathwork is potent and is a deep dive into exploring the vastness of your essential self, releasing limiting beliefs and traumas and unlocking self-love, acceptance, intuition, creativity, freedom and peace. When we have self-love and are in a state of ease our body and heart can heal. If we are in flight, flight or freeze there is no room for healing. It helps regulate the nervous system and inspire action when stuck or depressed. It unites your spirit with your body, so you can “connect the dots” and receive clarity. Once the emotions are processed, physical healing happens more easily, self-love and gratitude are more accessible, and creativity, clarity and peace can be your normal state of being.
I will guide the session with a curated playlist and verbal prompts to help you navigate your inner landscape. We will laugh, cry, scream and dive into a healing release in a safe and supportive container.
