After years of avid rock climbing, Carly found yoga looking for a way to balance this regular physical intensity. She quickly fell in love not just with the physical benefits of yoga, but the mental benefits and philosophy of yoga as well. Carly teaches both vinyasa + yin yoga and continues to work as an Elementary Special Education Teacher. Carly invites her students to explore the body & mind connection through intentional breath work and creative flows.
