Kate focuses on the theory of Aparigraha in her study and practice of yoga. She believes in fully experiencing life in its present form while simultaneously being ready to let go in order to make space for the next thing. She holds space for others to practice, leaving comparisons at the door and detaching from the outcome. Kate seeks universal understanding of the self and believes that looking inward and learning to not fear change, is the foundation of all growth.
