Join Kelly Elle and Sashi in Puerto Vallarta for 8 glorious days of daily practice, luxury villas, delectable meals, and immersive experiences in paradise. On this retreat, we will slow down, tune in, and deepen into practice. We’ll ground and strengthen with daily vinyasa and restorative yoga, meditation and pranayama, and take a deep dive in warm community to explore the more subtle layers of practice and experience. This will be a week of incredible food, adventures into the lush natural world, and inquiry for those interested in deepening their relationship to their practice and self within the supportive context of like-minded community. You will leave feeling refreshed, nourished, inspired, and connected to your practice.

Sharing a room and don’t have a roommate? We’ll work to pair you up but may have to change your chosen room if we can’t find you a roommate in time for the retreat.
Want flexibility? Our rates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable. However, by selecting “Yes, add flexible rate” from the Flexible Rate dropdown menu below, you can transfer your retreat, change your retreat date, or receive a 90% refund. Flexible Rate costs $100 per person and expires 15 days prior to your retreat date.
Kelly Elle Kenworthy is the owner/operator of Boulder’s independent Little Yoga Studio. Along with running the business, Kelly teaches seven public classes weekly and leads three 200 Hour Teacher Trainings annually. She also works individually with students as a life coach and one-on-one asana instructor. Her dedication to the community and her “yoga for all” mentality means that classes at the Little are $10. Her daily work is dedicated to inclusion, gratitude, and individual and collective growth. Kelly arrived in Boulder via California where she completed her graduate degree in Counseling and her 200 Hour Vinyasa Teacher Training before settling in Colorado with her wife and two dogs. She also serves as the Treasurer and sits on the Board of Directors for her local Fourmile Fire Department.
Sashi Gerzon-Rose is a contemplative counselor, teacher of teachers, and artist-at-heart. Currently, she owns a thriving psychotherapy practice in Boulder, Colorado, teaches vinyasa yoga and pranayama/meditation in the teacher trainings at the Little Yoga Studio, and serves as adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Psychology at Naropa University. She is a student and ordained monk in Zen Buddhism, and has co-led multiple yoga and meditation retreats for Naropa. She received all 500 hours of her training from the Integrated Science of Hatha, Tantra, and Ayurveda (ISHTA) Yoga Studio in New York City, where she taught before her journey west to CO. She holds a Masters degree from Naropa University, and a B.F.A from NYU. Her life is devoted to the discovery and expansion of consciousness, and aims to bring that to all her work with a blend of depth, levity, and compassion. Say hi at : www.wholeheartway.com!
