We trust the practice of yoga and its ripple of connectivity.
We believe that yoga’s cumulative benefits improve our experience of living. From asana to philosophy to the yogic sciences, we are here to share accurate expressions of this practice.
Whether you come for one workshop or class or dive into a retreat or teacher training, we are here to hold a space and atmosphere of connectivity that allows the flow of yoga’s wisdom and resonance to be felt, learned, and embodied.
We aren’t just a yoga studio.
We are a yoga school.
Our experienced teachers embody their specialties, and are dedicated to the practice of the eight limbs. They share a diversity of teachings through studio classes, workshops, professional trainings, deeper study sadhanas, and community events that invite you to learn and embody the practice.
We are devoted to an environment of supportive learning where wisdom, knowledge, and practice grow us as individuals and as a collective.
We are dedicated to supporting your whole body system.
In a world that pushes us beyond our sensorial capacities, we have designed our studio to be a place where our nervous systems can rest. As a minimally designed studio, we honor the precious space between mind and body without visual distraction. That way, we get the opportunity to focus and allow ourselves into more balance.
We come to the Little to practice together.
The work of learning and practicing in community inspires us. Since we opened our doors in 2011, our community has pulsed with a dedication to a practice that incorporates every piece of yoga. And we do it with language and movement that is accessible, challenging, and inspiring so that we not only strengthen ourselves but also strengthen our bonds with each other.
We are proud to be a one-studio yoga school.
We began as one studio, and we will continue to be one studio. We are proud to be a part of a Boulder tradition of yoga wisdom. While many studios are franchised in duplicate as an answer to capitalized wellness, we are dedicated to serving our community with the accessibility, accuracy, and support to and from our teachers.
