We offer many styles of yoga that vary from beginner to advanced. Our teachers pour their hearts, souls and creativity into offering a challenging yet nurturing practice. Vinyasa Level 1
Learn the fundamentals of a style of yoga that connects breath to the movement of your body, allowing the body to bring expansion and depth to the poses that encourage increased body awareness, range of motion, core strength, and tones and strengthens your muscles. Suitable for All Levels.
This class is taught in the flowing style of moving from posture to posture, slowly and gently with the pace of your breath. This class includes foundational postures and allows for a space that is relaxing and settling to your mind, and helps to open your body carefully and mindfully. Suitable for All Levels.
Vinyasa All Levels
This all levels class is taught in the flowing style of moving from posture to posture. This class teaches techniques to help refine your poses be developing keen self-awareness, postural alignment, and core strength while allowing the mind to remain clear, focused, and composed.
Vinyasa Level 2*
In this challenging class, you will build endurance and tone your body and mind. This class builds on the fundamentals of alignment and pranayama, regulation of the breath. Enjoy challenging postures and sequences.
Sivananda Hatha Yoga
Sivananda Hatha Yoga is a traditional style of Hatha Yoga originating from the Himalaya Mountains in India. This 90 minute practice includes the invocation mantra, pranayama, traditional surya namaskars, asana, savasana, and the closing mantra. The sequence is designed to help the practitioner access their physical and subtle bodies to facilitate deeper knowledge of the self and the connection to the Divine.
This style of yoga focuses on gently targeting and healing your deeper, denser tissues: fascia (connective tissue), ligaments, and joints. This class is a series of floor postures that are held longer than usual and benefit other workouts and hectic lives. Suitable for All Levels.
Restorative yoga focuses on active relaxation. By supporting the body with props, we can alternately stimulate and relax the body into balance. All the poses create specific physiological responses that are beneficial to health and reduce the effects of stress.
This is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline taught in the style of Yogi Bhajan. The intention of this practice is to cultivate the spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak the truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve others.
AcroYoga combines childlike playfulness with strength and flexibility for an experience that can only be described as fitness made fun. All acrobatics performed in class are supported with trained spotters, so participants can feel safe as they take flight. You’ll learn to use partner stretching and acrobatics to encourage a happy back and open joints, along with building trust and communication with new and old friends alike. The class starts at an absolute beginner level and progresses in a way that suits everyone’s level of comfort. No experience or partner required to attend.
