We offer many styles of yoga that vary from beginner to advanced. Our teachers pour their hearts, souls and creativity into offering a challenging yet nurturing practice. Every day, we re-commit to creating a unique and inspiring experience for our students. We are a collection of teachers with diverse trainings and backgrounds and invite you to enjoy the individuality of our teaching styles.

Vinyasa All Levels
Learn the fundamentals of a style of yoga that connects breath to the movement of your body, allowing the body to bring expansion and depth to the poses that encourage increased body awareness, range of motion, core strength, and tones and strengthens your muscles. Suitable for All Levels.
Vinyasa Level 2*
In this challenging class, you will build endurance and tone your body and mind. This class builds on the fundamentals of alignment and pranayama, regulation of the breath. Enjoy challenging postures and sequences.
This class is taught in the flowing style of moving from posture to posture, slowly and gently with the pace of your breath. This class includes foundational postures and allows for a space that is relaxing and settling to your mind, and helps to open your body carefully and mindfully. Suitable for All Levels.
Kundalini Meditation + Gong
Unwind and replenish with Kundalini Yoga focused on meditation and rejuvenation. This all levels class begins with yoga movements for opening the body, releasing blocks and creating internal harmony. Then rest and restore in the sounds of the live gong. The vibrations of the gong can calm persistent thoughts, reduce physical tension and reinvigorate the spirit. Each class ends with a meditation to leave you feeling relaxed, resourced and restored.
This style of yoga focuses on gently targeting and healing your deeper, denser tissues: fascia (connective tissue), ligaments, and joints. This class is a series of floor postures that are held longer than usual and benefit other workouts and hectic lives. Suitable for All Levels.
This style of yoga is a passive form of yoga that is designed to drop you into the deepest layer of savasana. A gentle + slow style of yoga, expect to move through 4-6 passive postures with the aid of blocks, bolsters, and blankets to achieve a sense of relaxation and stillness. Suitable for All Levels.
We will deconstruct poses and help you discover deeper layers of alignment, anatomy, and proprioceptive awareness. Expect strong and mindful work, sophisticated instructions, demonstrations, use of props, and deeper release for our overworked body parts.
This dynamic practice combines asana, breath-work, meditation and mantra for maximum impact. Through designated sequences of exercises the body, mind and spirit are reinvigorated. Each class works to peel back layers of habituation and stress to empower the student’s authentic Self. Suited for all levels, some classes are more physically demanding, while others focus on mental stamina, and some may center letting go and relaxation. Ultimately the practice of Kundalini Yoga develops the student’s capacity and confidence to conquer life’s challenges
