Yoga Classes

We offer many styles of yoga that vary from beginner to advanced. Our teachers pour their hearts, souls and creativity into offering a challenging yet nurturing practice. Every day, we re-commit to creating a unique and inspiring experience for our students. We are a collection of teachers with diverse trainings and backgrounds and invite you to enjoy the individuality of our teaching styles.

Vinyasa Level 1

Learn the fundamentals of a style of yoga that connects breath to the movement of your body, allowing the body to bring expansion and depth to the poses that encourage increased body awareness, range of motion, core strength, and tones and strengthens your muscles. Suitable for All Levels.

Gentle Vinyasa

This class is taught in the flowing style of moving from posture to posture, slowly and gently with the pace of your breath. This class includes foundational postures and allows for a space that is relaxing and settling to your mind, and helps to open your body carefully and mindfully. Suitable for All Levels.

Vinyasa All Levels

This all levels class is taught in the flowing style of moving from posture to posture. This class teaches techniques to help refine your poses be developing keen self-awareness, postural alignment, and core strength while allowing the mind to remain clear, focused, and composed.

Vinyasa Level 2*

In this challenging class, you will build endurance and tone your body and mind. This class builds on the fundamentals of alignment and pranayama, regulation of the breath. Enjoy challenging postures and sequences.

Yin Yoga

This style of yoga focuses on gently targeting and healing your deeper, denser tissues: fascia (connective tissue), ligaments, and joints. This class is a series of floor postures that are held longer than usual and benefit other workouts and hectic lives. Suitable for All Levels.

Kundalini Yoga

This is a physical, mental, and spiritual discipline taught in the style of Yogi Bhajan. The intention of this practice is to cultivate the spiritual potential of a human to uphold values, speak the truth, and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to serve others.

Yoga Movement

This class is a somatic exploration of how we inhabit our bodies through yoga poses and freeform movement. With a spirit of playful curiosity and focused inquiry, you will be guided to clarify anatomical connections for greater choice in relating to body and mind. Suitable for all levels.

Detox Flow Level 2+ Heated

An athletic class designed to facilitate detoxification through twisting, compression, pranayama, body mudras and plenty of sweat!
Previous asana experience is required. Come well hydrated; bring a water bottle + a towel.

Private Yoga Lessons

Want one on one attention? Want to really focus on your yoga practice and take it to the next level? With private yoga lessons, you can do just that. We offer private yoga lessons in our studio, at your home, or at your office.

Yoga Teacher Training

Is practicing yoga a central part of your life? Is it time to expand your knowledge? Join us for our 200-hour yoga certification program.

*We offer both heated and non-heated Vinyasa Level 2 and Powerful Flow Level 2 classes. Our heated classes are heated to a range of 90-95 degrees with 40% humidity. Our non-heated classes are heated to 85 degrees with no humidity.
